A Natural Family Photography Session

A natural family photography session, is just that, natural, unforced, fun and relaxing. On this occasion I was meeting up with a family I’ve photographed a few times now, from a wedding, to newbornish shots, to the big family gathering photographs of this session.

I arrived and was treated to a wonderful coffee as the rest of the family ‘rocked up’ and we got ready to go out for a stroll on a lovely sunny day in Autumn through some lovely South Norfolk countryside. You might have guessed that I love walking out on a lovely day and being in nature, but so thankfully do most of my clients. It is the perfect way to relax and I hope this shows in the photographs.

When everyone arrived there was time for a few indoor photographs in a lovely light lounge, before heading out. We took on a big circular walk taking in a ruined church, lots of lovely field edge paths and even a patch of woodland or two. As a treat for the kids we also visited a park on the way back to the client’s home.

2 grandparents, 4 kids, 4 parents, great fun and a multitude of relationships to photograph and capture.
