Portrait Session Photography Present with a difference: Horse Photography

In a departure from the normal I was commissioned recently as part of a portrait voucher gift to photograph a horse for her owner. As it transpired the shoot took place in secret to keep the gift from it’s owner until she had returned from a lovely holiday. In a further twist the lovely lady horse concerned has a best friend another lovely male horse who spends his time with her in their adjoining stables when not out and about in the field or going for a ride. We took both horses out for a walk, a lifestyle session if we must and took some photographs. Using a lovely sunny day we had great fun and were treated to an even better sunset.

Together both horses were really well behaved, posed wonderfully for the camera and although a little perplexed made for great models.
