It’s sometimes not only Norfolk’s scenery that client’s wish to feature as a background to their lifestyle portrait photographs. On this occasion Norfolk was losing a wonderful family emigrating to be with family and understandably the family wanted to take memories of the county that had been there home for many years with them, including the very epitome of Norfolk village rural beauty. Walsingham was chosen as a backdrop to their lifestyle shoot and we planned to have a meander around the village with the possibility of heading out to find some countryside after spending time among the beautiful buildings and lanes of the village.
It was a beautiful day and we were blessed with some lovely sunshine and a lovely balmy day. We explored the village and spent some time at a local church before heading back to the cars and heading out into the countryside to find some colourful flowers. We didn’t quite get lucky with regard to finding the flowers but found a lovely field in crop with lots of room down the tractor tracks through the crop to have a walk amongst it without causing any damage. It was lovely spending time with such a lovely family, talking about parenthood whilst taking photographs and generally enjoying ourselves on a lovely sunny day in Norfolk.
I hope you like some of the photographs from the session and hope as I write this that the family are settling into their new home with lots of grandparents enjoying having their grandchildren to visit.
