Cley-next-the-Sea is famous for a number of things, it’s great lighthouse which I delight in pointing out to my daughter every time she watches “Grandpa in my Pocket” on CBBC, it’s deli and Smokehouse and undoubtedly the walks you can take out to the shingle beach or out along the coast to equally beautiful Blakeney. It makes a lovely location for a family portrait session or simply a bit of time with your family and this session in question found me on the shingle beach to start and then onto the area of ground to the front of the Windmill for a few photographs with this iconic landmark in the background. Bought for mum as a voucher this session proved to be great fun on another beautiful sunny day, and served to get the whole family together for some fun and giggles. I was very glad after the session to receive a request from the mum concerned to buy another voucher for a portrait session this time for a friend who she thought would appreciate some photographs of her family.
The sun was bright and on the shingle beach it shone brightly off the stones. The same stones were great for throwing into the sea, granddad took his grandson for a paddle in a blue sea beneath a very blue sky, there were group photographs sitting on the pebbles, walking along the beach, and one young man couldn’t resist the tractor, boat and crabbing gear left on the beach for a chance to have a little explore. We had a great time, I met some lovely interesting people and we chatted about life. I hope you like some of the very relaxed and fun photographs, and will consider me if you’re thinking of some North Norfolk Photography
