We’d had to postpone a previous session for this family due to inclement weather: heavy showers stopped play. I’m glad to say that although we had to reschedule for later in the year when a family based around the UK would be back together again in Norfolk, second time proved lucky and we enjoyed sunshine and blue skies.
We met up at How Hill in the centre of the Norfolk Broads, a great nature reserve, education centre and an iconic landmark to sailors on the broads, How Hill is also the home of some of the greatest displays of the beautiful Swallow Tail butterfly especially in June. A large family with children should be allowed to work off some steam before a photographer can even contemplate taking many photographs of them in a relaxed state but there was almost no stopping this energetic family who shot after balls in every direction and showed more than a little skill with a football. When everyone had arrived though it was time to take some photographs and we set about having a look around How Hill to find some great spots for photographs.
A special photograph or two were taken for the couple at the head of this family which included a quick stroll down beside the river itself chatting to the holidaying boaters as we went. We got some lovely photographs of the couple alongside the river with a great windmill(pump) in the background before heading back to the family for some more photographs.
I hope you like some of the photographs and consider me when choosing your lifestyle photographer.
