One of the things I’m often really privileged to see during family portrait sessions is a few firsts. Last year I saw a young man take his first unaided steps across a room to reach his great grandmother’s birthday cake. During this session it was a young lady walking for the first time with only the aid of her older brother.
Soft level beach sand and a sense of fun and adventure inspired the little ladies ability to walk only with her brother. Mum and Dad and myself watched on as these siblings managed to achieve a great goal for them both, the joy was palpable and the fun was unmitigated, and written all over the little ladies face 🙂
We had a great session, enjoyed some sunshine, adventure in the woods and on a North Norfolk beach and ate up two hours in no time at all. It’s important to remember it’s not always all about just a portrait photograph but a portrait photograph of people interacting and having fun and acting naturally.
If you’d like a natural portrait photography session get in touch and remember you can always buy a voucher for a session.
