Norfolk Holiday Photographer-Brazenhall Barns Family Session

A holiday in Norfolk is often chosen for family get togethers, usually to mark significant family events such as a birthday or anniversary. On this occasion a large family had chosen to spend some quality time together in what is a normally sunny Norfolk at a lovely Barn called Brazenhall Barns.

Brazenhall Barns is somewhere I’ve visited before to photograph a family and is a great place for families to stay with vast living space suitable for larger stays and a great garden to utilise: all set in a lovely rural location convenient for so many jaunts throughout Norfolk. On the occasion of my visit the weather wasn’t being it’s typical Norfolk self and we dodged the showers a little in the comfortable interior of the Barn waiting for the sun to come out. A consequence of this is that I soon learned that the lovely lawn area to the back of the barn is possessed of great drainage, no sooner had the rain stopped we could head out without fear of puddles, the kids even being able to sit down on the grass in between showers without getting too wet.

We did some semi-formal photographs, some smaller family photographs, lots of candid shots during the rain inside and lots of the kids playing, it was a great afternoon and produced lots of photographs for the family to remember their stay.
