The family photography and portrait photography that I provide falls into four main categories. The first and largest proportion of my work is "on location" outdoor shoots which can be at a beach, out in the woods or at a park. These shoots are really relaxed and make the most of the natural scenery, chances to explore, and allow you to have a walk which naturally helps with any nerves. They also allow some members of the party to expend any extra energy they may have and are therefore really good for families with young children. Then there's the "at home" shoots. These are again relaxed lifestyle type shoots making the most of house and gardens (even when these are holiday homes). They're particularly good for large family gatherings, new families with young babies, and where you may have any mobility issues. "Events", well these shoots range from Maternity shoots, to Christenings, Parties to Anniversaries and are all a great excuse to take some photographs to mark an occasion for the future. I enjoy them greatly, attend more 90th birthday celebrations and Golden Wedding Anniversaries than anyone else I know and get great joy from seeing people and their families celebrating life. "Vouchers", photography vouchers are a popular gift to give to people to mark a number of occasions as wedding, christening, births, birthdays, anniversary and general presents. I've photographed lots of families that have been given photography vouchers and although most are a little reluctant at first they all enjoy the experience.
